Return Policy

Returns:

Our policy is only effective for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from being returned. We do not accept used products (i.e., hookahs, hookah bowls, or any other used accessory) or opened items (i.e., opened boxes, packaging, or containers of any tobacco, opened coal boxes/packs, or any item where the "seal" has been broken) are not returnable.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 15% restock Fee will deducted from refund amount.

If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping option or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned order.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or sent incorrectly per our error. If you need to exchange it, fill out our “Contact Us” form and allow us up to 1-2 business days to process your request.

Refunds: (if applicable)

Once your return merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned order.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, usually within 1-2 business days.

Sale items: (if applicable)

sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
