can I pay using crypto?

  • You must first contact us using our “Contact Us” page and we’ll send your total order amount and the wallet address funds must be sent to.

    *Note that we only accept USDC or USDT on the Ethereum (ERC-20) or Solana (SPL) Network.

When will my card be charged?

  • Upon successfully placing an order, a pending pre-authorization hold charge will be immediately placed on your account. This is simply a hold on the necessary funds for the order. The charge is not fully completed, or settled, until your order ships out.

  • The pending pre-authorization can be voided or cancelled at any time before your order ships out. If we end up having to void a pre-authorization for your order, please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the pending charge to be removed from your account statement.

How can I verify my age?

  • We are required by law to verify everyone's age who orders from le tabac to ensure they are of the legal age to purchase and receive our products. Using the information provided when placing your order, our system will attempt to verify the age of the person listed on the order using public record data. If we are unable to automatically verify your age, you will receive an email within 1-24 hours after placing your order with instructions on how to confirm your age in our system (usually by providinG A photo of your government-issued ID).

Do you match competitors' prices?

  • Yes we do. We can price match a product as long as it is in stock and not on sale on a legitimate vendor website. Please send us the link to the competitor’s product to price match.

  • We do not price match sites like eBay or Amazon, as we cannot verify the authenticity of the items being sold on these sites.

    *Note that we do not consider all hookah websites as legitimate competitors, and price matching will be permitted at the discretion of our customer service team.

What if my package is lost or undelivered?

  • We are not responsible For any of the packages lost or undelivered and/or issues that arise. Any issues must be resolved by the shipping carrier. le tabac will upkeep and try to resolve such matters to the furthest extent of our ability. Any shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of last tracking update.

Can I change my shipping address?

  • We are unable to change shipping address after order has been placed for age verification purposes. If you have incorrectly entered the address, further verification is required to make a change. We strongly suggest to double check for any misspellings before placing order. Any errors may cause shipping delays, return delays and/or issues that may effect a successful delivery. Once the package has shipped, we no longer have capabilities to redirect order. le tabac is not responsible, nor able to replace or refund any orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address.
